Wandering in the Dark!

Today a dear friend shared an incident that happened in his home this morning. He stated he had gotten up to make his regulated 2:30 a.m. trip to the bathroom. He ask his wife why did she close the bathroom door? Her reply was “honey, I didn't close the door!”. What was different about today was he walked into his clothes closet instead of the bathroom. She noticed his voice wasn't coming from the area of the bathroom, she thought he had gone outside of their bedroom to the guest bathroom. Well, he apparently realized he was not where he wanted to be. He humbly opened their bedroom door to reenter, she said, “welcome back!” The two of them laugh and is still laughing. Might I add, you are free to take it from there what happened to my friend... smiling!
Did he make it to the bathroom?

Although, this is funny and I appreciate my friend sharing his misfortune today, I thought of how often we stumble around in the dark, looking for something, someone, or a place that is outside the will of God for ourlives. We will never find our way walking in the dark unless the light of Christ Jesus leads us.

We walk outside of God's plan for our lives when we walk in the dark, darkness offer no sense of direction only confusion (my friend experience was reality).

Jesus said to them, "The light is with you for a little longer. Walk while you have the light, lest the darkness overtake you; he who walks in the darkness does not know where he goes.

LIVING A SURRENDERED LIFE (Bible App)

Worry is really just a smaller way to say we don't know if God will come through. It's our inability to trust Him to do what He says He will do, which is to make all things work for the good of those who love him (Romans 8:28). We somehow think that if we add a little worry to His holy mix that things will work out better.
Just the other day a friend of mine, who was going through one of the most wretched times in her life, kept asking me questions. What should I do? How long should I wait? When do you think I'll see some change? What should I do if this happens again?
I felt terrible for her. I wanted to make her wounded heart all better, add some Neosporin, a bandage and call it good. Then, very quickly, the Spirit of God prompted me to tell her this: Don't borrow trouble from tomorrow.
Today, you and I need to make a stand against that worry monster who creeps up next to us and wants to steal away our tomorrows. Don't let him. He's our spiritual enemy and all he desires to do is see us flounder in our lives to the point where we make no progress whatsoever.
I have another friend who is leaning into her Savior and trusting God despite her circumstances. Her son has an inoperable brain tumor. If she can trust, certainly we can.
Friend, I don't know what you are facing or what lies ahead in your path. But I know that we serve a God who effortlessly created the world in six days and still knows how many hairs you have on your head.
Action Steps
In what areas of your life do you worry the most? Try to pinpoint why you tend to worry about this instead of trusting God. Commit Matthew 6:25-27 to memory and the next time you are tempted to worry about this or anything else in your life, replace the worrying thought with the truth of this scripture

In HIS closeness we are always safe.              In HIS presence we are always secure
In HIS mind we are always sanctified

(Set apart from everything else) So, no matter where I am or what I'm doing in life I can always be reminded of the Lord's promises when I turn my focus to HIM.  Since the separation of man from God over 2000 years ago, we HIS people, have been searching for a fulfillment that only HIS presence can fill. Once we come back to HIS Garden of Eden, which is communion in our hearts with HIM,  then and only then can we experience HIS love- joy-and peace.

Only a re-positioned mind is able to sort out what is important and what is not.  Therefore, we must take time to get into HIS presence through prayer, which will get us into HIS thoughts by promise and ultimately lead us to HIS victory via obedience!

Safety, Security, and Sanctification, S-S-S.......I need quietness.......I'm Praying!

"Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me" (Psalm 51:10)

It is essential that the intimacy requirements  of an effective intercessor dictates that one must first examine the condition of ones heart toward God and toward his people.  The "Heart" is the inner self  that thinks, feels, and decides.  It is the center of our understanding and is central to some aspects of a person's personality or character.

It takes a pure heart to create a pure,  undefiled  conscious.  We cannot preach or pray diligence, conduct, purpose in the faith, patience, love, and steadfastness until we have received these characteristics from God.  With the heart a person believes in Christ and so experiences both love from God and the presence of Christ in the heart. ( Romans 5:5; 10:9-10)   Heart/Mind connection is the key to intimacy with God and is vital to a healthy, satisfying, fruitful, and effective prayer life.

Blessed To Give, Than To Receive

We live in a world where most people give with the expectation of receiving something in return. Apostle Paul in  Acts 20: 36b says "... And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.”  (NKJV).  I encourage you to make every effort go out of your way to give if only a smile, a warm good morning, afternoon or good evening with a heart of gratitude and thanksgiving, knowing that you are blessed to be a blessing.  The mere fact that you are in a position to give is a blessing.
The words of Jesus is certainly noteworthy of repeating "... ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.” .  So, banish, perish the world's teaching on giving and the motive for which you give. Adopt and put into practice what Jesus taught.
You are blessed when you freely give (release) with a sincere and grateful heart . As a result of your obedience to Him you will received the blessing that only Jesus can give when you lease expect. Hallelujah!!

Conceive To The Glory of God

Conceive To The Glory of God

When God brings faith into the heart of a God-fearing woman, the result is that she will conceived a seed. I am recalling the statement in the book of Hebrews concerning Sarah, that her faith produced in her the power to conceive. “By faith Sarah herself received power to conceived...” (Hebrews 11:11a) .
By faith Sarah bore a child (Issac) whose life would be an extension of God's promise to Israel. How does Sarah's power to conceive through faith applies to women today? We too will bear a seed. Not necessarily or consequentially a child - as that of Sarah. But our power of faith will conceive a seed, which gives life to others.
Simply by acts with the fruit (seed) of the Holy Spirit, today's women of God will be an extension of God's kindness, faithfulness..., for all to see(Galatians 5:22-23). So that whenever other women are “struggling with their faith,” a woman who has the seed of the power of faith would comfort, rescue, and strengthen.
By your fruit you would reveal which seed is in you. Seek the power of faith to conceive the fruit God has in you.

God's Virtuous Women

God’s Virtuous Women

(According to King James Version)

Through prayer and supplications, some God-fearing women have let their requests be known unto the Lord, and He is allowing those requests to come to pass.  In Proverbs 31:10-31, the Scripture says, 10. Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies.  Virtuous is an adjective describing strength, ability, efficiency, wealth, and valor.  She is in every way an excellent woman.

The true beauty of a VIRTUOUS WOMAN will never fade.  This kind of beauty can only be given to the woman who honors and reverences God.

We can all be Virtuous Women by first, accepting God as our Father, and Jesus as His Son.  Then, He will give us the Holy Spirit to guide us into all truths.  We must seek Him diligently.  Read your Bible daily.  Call upon the name of Jesus constantly throughout the day.  Whisper a prayer in the morning, thanking God for last night’s rest in His safety, and ask for His divine favor as you go on through the day.  Before going to sleep, thank God for a good day no matter what happened during the day.  Ask for forgiveness known and unknown disobedience.  Just tell God thank you for all He has done for you. Then you can go to bed and get a good night’s sleep because you have placed your cares in His hands.

THE POWER OF PRAYING WOMEN

II Chronicles 7:14 says If my people who are called by my name, would humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways: then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and will heal their land.

I start my statement with this Scripture as I salute God’s mighty praying Women. Women of God: in order to be powerful and effective in prayer, let’s examine these words “Power of Praying Women.” First, we must identify ourselves as God’s people who operate under the name that is above every name. His name is Jesus our Lord and our Saviour. Second: Humble yourself before you pray; don’t lie to the Holy Spirit because God desires truth from the inward part of your heart. Then pray not to impress with eloquent speech, but instead pray to tear down the strong holds of the devil. Then seek God’s face, (his face is his word according to his will). Remind God of what His Word said concerning the situation that you are praying about. Our Lord and Saviour don’t have Spiritual Amnesia. He never forgets his promises.

Here’s the big one…
Now You Turn From Your Wicked Ways and ask the Lord to count you worthy to get a prayer through. (In other words keep it real and repent yourself):

Then God is willing and He will hear you from heaven and He will forgive your sins and He will heal your land (sometimes your land maybe your body, your children, your spouse, your business, your church etc. in other words, anything that belongs to you is placed in the direct position to be healed and delivered. One of the most powerful requests that we as Praying Women can request, is to ask Jesus to be Lord in our lives and be Lord in the lives of all of our children. In other words, totally surrender and let Him take control of us and let Him be our boss. Ladies no matter what the Question is our answer should be “YES LORD”) . I dare you to try it. I am a living witness that it works.

Prayerfully submitted by, the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Power of Praying Women

The Power of Praying Women... Praying for REVIVAL!
When women of God gather in one accord with an agenda to seek the face of God for revival, a manifestation of  power of the Holy Spirit moves in the earth realm. Then there is a visitation and a spiritual awakening.
According to Acts 4: 30-34a; when the believers are united together, God will...
30 ...stretchest out thy hand to heal, and signs and wonders are performed through the name of thy holy servant[e] Jesus.” 31 And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God with boldness. 32 Now the company of those who believed were of one heart and soul, ... they had everything in common. 33 And with great power the apostles gave their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all. 34 There was not a needy person among them..."
Preparation for revival begins with the people of God.
Praying women (God's people) who understand God is a covenant keeping God and that He made covenant promises will prepare themselves to pray for revival. God gave a covenant promise for REVIVAL! Didn't He do so in 2 Chronicles 7:14-15?  14 "if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. And God goes on to say 15 Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayer that is made in this place”.  God's word is forever true, if we enter into a covenant with God and keep our part of the covenant, God is faithful to keep His part of the covenant. God honors His name. You can read throughout Scripture where He said: “For My name sake” His covenant is maintained.
